Order status? Send your reference (it starts CC-) and we'll pull it up.
Lab report? Tell us the batch code printed on the device.
Faulty device? Send a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it.
We never message you first asking for payment. Payment details only ever appear on the checkout page of this website, after you place an order.
