1. Who we are

2. Eligibility
You must be 21 or older and legally permitted to buy and receive these products where you live. By ordering you confirm both. See our age policy.
3. Orders are offers
Placing an order on this site is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. No contract exists until we confirm the order and payment. We may decline any order — including for failed age checks, restricted delivery states, stock issues, suspected resale to minors, or obvious pricing errors — and if we decline, nothing is charged.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax unless stated. No payment is taken on this website. After you place an order we contact you with payment details.
Crypto payments receive 15% off the order total. Crypto payments are irreversible — check the address and amount carefully. We will only ever send a wallet address from support@calicleardisposablesusa.com. We are not responsible for funds sent to an address supplied by anyone else.

7. Product information
We describe products as accurately as we can, but appearance, colour and terpene profile vary between batches. Photography is illustrative. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and no statement here has been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
8. Safe use
Do not drive or operate machinery after use. Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a doctor before use if you have a medical condition or take prescription medication. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Resale
Products bought at retail prices are for personal use. Bulk packs are listed in the bulk packs category. Resale requires a valid licence in most states — that is your responsibility, not ours.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published when you order is the one that applies.
