Short version: we collect what an order needs and nothing else, and we do not sell it.

What we collect
- Order details you type at checkout: name, delivery address, email, phone, and any notes you add.
- Age confirmation. Only the fact that you confirmed you are 21 or over is stored, on your own device. No date of birth is collected or sent to us.
- Your bag. Held in your browser's local storage, on your device. We cannot read it.
- Messages you send us by email.
What we do not collect
No accounts, no passwords, no card numbers (this site takes no card payments at all), and no third-party advertising or analytics trackers.
Why we hold it
To verify age, pick and pack the order, get it to your door, and answer you if something goes wrong. That is the whole list.
Who else sees it
- Couriers get the name and address needed to deliver.
- Our hosting provider processes server logs.
- Law enforcement, where we are legally compelled.
We do not sell or rent your data to anyone, for any purpose.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and compliance rules require, then deleted. Email conversations are kept while they are useful for support.
Your choices
Ask us to show you, correct or delete what we hold, at orders@calicleardisposablesusa.com. Clearing your browser's site data removes your bag and age confirmation immediately.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. It uses your browser's local storage for two things only: your bag, and the fact you confirmed you are 21+.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. No payment details ever pass through it. Be aware that no method of transmission is perfectly secure.
